The department of Mechanical Engineering was established in 2023 with initial intake of 60. It is approved by AICTE, DTE and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU) Lonere.

Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest and core branches of engineering. It is rapidly spreading its wings in an interdisciplinary field. Hence, in near future, an increase in the demand of skilled Mechanical Engineers in different sectors/industries is expected. Our goal for undergraduate students is to give them a quality education with the emphasis on Project Based Learning which will be useful to the Industry and Society at large.

The department has well equipped laboratories as per the curriculum with high-end software used in industry.
